Product Overview
The Quest 335 High-Efficiency Dehumidifier is engineered specifically for growers of commercial cannabis, as well as other moisture-producing crops, to control high humidity levels in grow room and greenhouses. Newly redesigned for greater performance and accessibility, this efficient dehumidifier can take on heavy workloads generated by larger grow houses.
This versatile, high-efficiency unit is also applicable in storage areas, theaters, retail spaces, multi-family homes, schools, and restaurants.
A MERV-13 filter is included for capturing pollen, powdery mildew, and dirt. Featuring a digital control interface with an external control option, this ductable dehumidifier can be installed overhead or on the ground. Proudly made in the USA.
Note: This is available as 208-240-volt model which uses a NEMA 6-15P plug, or 277-volt model with a NEMA L7-15P plug.
Filter Compensation for Consistent Humidity
The Quest 335 features unique Filter Compensation Technology at its core with a pressure switch connected to a variable speed fan. When a change in pressure is detected, the fan slowly ramps up speed to maintain the desired CFM airflow, resulting in a consistent humidity level for better indoor growing results.
This technology allows the same amount of air to flow through the filter as it becomes dirty so that no CFM is lost, and humidity is more effectively controlled. Set the fan button to Auto to activated filter compensation.
High Performance
With its multi-coil design, similar to the 506, this Quest pulls 335 pints of water from the air every 24 hours at 80 degrees Fahrenheit and 60% RH at 9.3 KWh. This makes it the most efficient commercial growing dehumidifier on the market.
In addition to indoor growing spaces, the Quest 335 is equally useful in industrial storage spaces, including military storage areas, the automotive industry and shops, schools, restaurants, and houses of worship.
On-Board or External Control
Equipped with an on-board humidistat, the Quest 335 dehumidifier can be controlled manually by programming the desired set point and selecting high, low, or auto fan speeds. Only when the auto mode is selected, is the filter compensation technology activated and the fan speed automatically adjusts to pressure changes.
Connect the 335 to an external control using its low voltage terminal block and you can set and adjust the desired relative humidity level remotely. You can also daisy-chain up to three dehumidifiers on a single external control.
Redesigned for Access & Serviceability
The Quest 335 Dehumidifier is designed with access and top panels that can be easily removed, even when hanging. This makes these in-field maintenance tasks much simpler.
- Cleaning Coils & Drain Pan
- Servicing Electronics
- Checking and Recharging Refrigeration
- Replacing the Impeller
Easy to Duct
Should your indoor growing space not allow for inside placement of the Quest 335, it can be ducted into the grow house or room. The Quest 335 supply & return duct kit can be purchased separately and includes everything required for ducting.
Additional Features
- Drainage: ¾-inch Threaded NPT for gravity draining. Condensate pump can be installed if lift is required.
- Indicator Lights: Indicator lights swill illuminate for filter replacement and reset, as well as while automatic defrost is running.
- Dark Mode: Press this button to activate. During dark mode, lights will remain on for 20 seconds before going dark. Useful for continued operation during periods of darkness for plants.
- Integrated Handles: Designed for easier placement or transport.
- Installation Options: The Quest 335 can be hung overhead or installed on the ground.
- Voltage Options: You can select the 208-240 V model or the 277 V model.
- Long Power Cord: 10-foot power cord with 14gaNEMA 6-15P plug face for 208-240V or NEMA L7-15P for 277 V.
Summary
The Quest 335 High-Efficiency Dehumidifier is designed to meet the heavy demands in large grow houses. Filter compensation technology allows the unit to maintain CFM and consistent RH by increasing fan speed as filter becomes dirty.
